Order Processing Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Time Estimated delivery times:

• Rajasthan: 2–5 business days
• Rest of India: 4–8 business days
• Remote locations: 5–10 business days

Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges Free Shipping may be available on selected products and promotional offers. Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before payment.

Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (if available).

Delivery Issues If your package appears damaged upon delivery, please take photographs immediately and contact us within 48 hours.
